We track every major room and every date in this city, then route artist-side guest flow and post-show traffic toward the venues already open to receive it.

A show lets out and the sidewalk holds two thousand people for about forty minutes. Most of them go home. Not because the night is over, but because nobody told them where else to be. We treat that as a routing problem, and we work both sides of it: the artist and tour side, and the rooms already open to receive it.

Reading the rooms
The rooms with the most upcoming shows are being measured.
Dance, hip-hop, Latin, K-pop
These crowds go out afterward. Seated bills and older-skewing tours do not, whatever the ticket count says. We route on crowd behavior, not on headline size.
Eleven o'clock
The window is roughly forty minutes wide and it closes. A room that captures it is trading on a Thursday. A room that misses it is watching two thousand people walk to somebody else.

What we are proposing
No takeover. Your night, with an intentional route to your door.
There is no rental, minimum, or contract. Your staff, door, rules, and bar remain yours. We drop numbered wristbands with your doorman, text the RSVP count by noon, reconcile the headcount before close, and cover an additional door or bar hand if the walk-up requires one.
